Returns & Refund Policy

Returns & refund claims are accepted if a claim is made within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept claims made outside of this period. 

 

Please be advised: returns are accepted if the item you received is damaged or faulty. We do NOT offer refunds for a change in mind. Please be advised that all candles are handcrafted, therefore there may be slight variations to the images listed on our website. This will not be accepted as "damaged" or "faulty". 

 

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return/refund, please contact us via email - cloudcandlesaustralia@gmail.com 

 

Please note: Items returned without making a claim FIRST will not be accepted, and you will not be eligible for a refund. 

 

Once your purchase has been returned and inspected, you will be notified via email that we have received your returned purchase, and will be informed of the status of your claim.
